Corporate Tax Services

All companies are required to submit two corporate income tax forms to IRAS every year:

Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) Within 3 months from the end of financial year, unless the company does not need to submit ECI*
Form C-S /C 15 December every year
*Annual revenue is not more than $5 million for the financial year; and
*ECI is NIL for the Year of Assessment

Annual Tax Return

Tax planning can be provided with a separate charge.

Application of Certificate of Residence

A COR is a letter certifying that a company is a tax resident of Singapore, i.e. the control and management of its business is exercised in Singapore.

Companies need this certificate to claim tax benefits under the Avoidance of Double Taxation Agreements (DTAs) or Limited Treaties that Singapore concluded with foreign jurisdictions. Jurisdictions that conclude DTAs or Limited Treaties with Singapore are referred to as "treaty partners".

We can assist to apply COR at S$100 per application.

GST registration

Singapore companies are required to register for GST when the taxable revenue exceeded SGD 1 million. The company may also register to GST as voluntary basis. All GST-registered businesses are required to submit a monthly/quarterly GST reporting.

Personal Tax Services

We are able to assist you with your personal income tax filing From S$300.

• Preparation tax computation
• Preparation of the Form B1
• Tax clearance for non-Singapore citizens/permanent residents (PRs) employees

As an employer, you must prepare Form IR8A by 1st March each year for all your employees. We are able to assist you to prepare this Form at S$100 for each employee.

Sole Proprietorship / Freelancers

All self-employed persons must report the income earned from their business operations as business income, and not as salary. The business income is part of the total personal income which is taxed at individual income tax rates.

You are a self-employed person when you earn a living by carrying on a trade, business, profession or vocation. Generally, sole-proprietors and partners registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) are self-employed.

You are required to keep full and accurate records and accounts of your business transactions from the start. These records and accounts must be supported with invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other documents. We can assist you with bookkeeping services and annual personal tax filing.
